Facetime issues

I tried the suggestion from before ,,,Didnt work ,,,I sign in ,,,,the verifying icon comes up ,,,,then it just comes back to the sign on screen ,,,i have no clue why this is happening ,,,It did work awhile back ,,,When someone trys to Facetime me is says i am not available ,,,thank you for your help ,,,diane
