I Lost All My Contacts And I Don't Even Know How, But How Do You Suppose I Get Them Back Instead Of Asking People For Them.... I Tried The Back Up But It Wasnt Working ... And Also I Forgot My Restricion Passcode How Do You Take It Off So I Can Reset My iPod? ;o
The ipod is designed to be synced to your computer regularly. Your contacts will be in whatever program you have been syncing.
If you failed to sync them with your computer regularly then they are gone.
If you do not know your restrictions password then you will need to restore the ipod as new.
