I've just downloaded the new 007 skyfall but it won't let me play it???

Could you walk us through what happens when you try to play the movie, please?
After eventually downloading from iTunes to my iPad, the film shows in video however when pressing the play option the film starts up....shows the gM initial screen and then promptly returns back to the film start up page....refusing to play the movie. There is no option to view chapters etc in the top right hand corner as there is with all the other movies which have been downloaded and play.any ideas?
