can't insert or duplicate blank pages?!!

I"m using Pages 09 and I notice that you can't insert blank pages where you want. They appear at the bottom of the page. Not cool. In addition, to bypass this I thought I would duplicate a page and then just erase the content. Doesn't work! When you duplicate a page it duplicates all the pages in the document. This doesn't make sense. Can someone explain how to insert a blank page anywhere in my 44 page document without it appearing at the the end or duplicating a single page and not every page?

Right you are StartanWorld.

We use Pages as a word processor AND as a document maker--where sections are individual, unconnected to other pages and need to be re-arranged like in a presentaiton or a report where you want to mov the order of each page aka "section."

They are not "bugs", they are simply missing from the software.

Just go back to using Pages '09.
