I changed computer and have an entreprise account. I have to revoke my distri certificat. Will this invalidate current published appstore applications ?
No. Once an app is in the app store, it's signed by Apple which never expires.

Thanks, but are you sure that the apps on the AppStore wont be invalid.
I ask this 'cause Apple prompt this message when I want to revoke my certificate :
Are you sure you want to revoke your iPhone Distribution certificate? Revoking your iPhone Distribution Certificate will cause all apps signed with this certificate to no longer operate.
That warning doesn't apply to apps in the app store.
Think about it this way:
If you dropped dead, all your apps on the app store would continue to be available for download until your paid account expired.
Even after that, apps already downloaded will continue to work; they just won't ever get updated.
