Problems Closed Captioning with Compressor

Really stumped on this one. My partner and I have been trying to make this happen on two different computers and both of us are coming up with nothing. We're trying to compress a prores 422 file into an mpeg-2 program stream with an .scc closed captioning filed embedded in it. The workflow that we've been following is from here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-r59sSiDBKU

The process looks easy enough, but for some reason, it's not working for either of us. What's strange is that we randomly tried bringing in a short mpeg 2 video (720X480) and embedded the .scc file (that wasn't even associated with that video) and it worked perfectly.

We're about to go insane and need to get this project out the door asap. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Problem solved. Here's what I was told on creative cow:

Open your movie in QT Pro and check the Movie Properties window to see if there are more tracks than just a Video Track and a Sound Track. If there are, select them and delete them. Then save your movie and try it in Compressor again. I've seen where the movie contained an extra Timecode Track and it prevented Compressor from adding the captions.

Thanks!
