How to Mark all Emails read using exchange?

Hi,

I have a exchange mail account and read the emails occasionally on the iPhone. Recently I was looking for a particular message on the server an from then on, it recognizes all unread messages that are still on the server. I am unable to see the messages, is there any option to mark all messages also on the server as read?

This may not be the best work around, but I just had to delete one message that was downloaded recently and all the others were marked read for a reason I can't explain. At least the wrong batch is now gone.
