That didn't work, I don't have Wifi sync on anyways. I'm pretty sure this all started happening after I used NoSleep, which prevents my computer from sleeping when the lids closed, when active, but I removed it using CleanMyMac.

I need someway to reset the AC sleep, I can run sudo pmset sleep 15 and that changes the sleep time but is there a way I can just change the sleep time for AC in terminal that might remove what I have now.

Then your uninstall of NoSleep didn't work properly. Why didn't you uninstall that app per normal procedure and used a 3rd party uninstall utility like CleanMyMac? That could very well be your problem. Go back to the developer site for NoSleep and figure out what the proper uninstall procedure is for it. You may have to reinstall the app so that it puts everything back in as it normally does and then uninstall it per their directions.

I just tried reinstalling NoSleep and installing with the included uninstall.command and it didn't help any. I also tried CleanMyMac again, and still nothing.

Somedays when I change the sleep time using "sudo pmset -g sleep 15" I will get "sleep 15 (sleep prevented by _____) <-- I get a number. I first thought it was a PID but when I look for it in Activity Monitor it's not there.
