svg with safari / mac intel

Hi,

since I have a new macbook pro, I'm not be able anymore to install the adobe svg viewer to view svg contents into safari.

I can download the plugin, it extracts into the rights folders (there are the two required files in /Library/Internet Plugins), but each time it must display SVG it says that the plugin isn't installed, and when I go to help, plugins that's right, there's no plugin svg in the plugin'list.

It's a big problem for me because in my company SVG is used anywhere, anytime. Has someone an idea how to activate it under a mac intel, or there is definitively no hope to see safari display some svg ?

Thanks in advance

You could try a WebKit nightly ( http://nightly.webkit.org/ ).
WebKit is Safari's rendering engine. This open-source nightly provides basic SVG support. The WebKit nightly is not for all-day use and has some incompabilities with the current version. If you really need a full functional browser than FireFox would be the best option I think.
