My iPad 2 started saying everything I click on. It is only letting me select an icon if I touch it to select then I must double tap it to open. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn this OFF.
