PLEASE HELP

My iPhone turns off when 25% power left.. My tele Company told me to restart it, but.... They always say that. Anyone who Can help?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.1

1. Let the battery run all the way out, make sure it doesn't turn on.

2. Charge it for 5-6 hours

3. Let it run out again

Try fully discharging (until it shuts off) and then fully recharging (don't unplug until 100%) to recalibrate the battery meter. You may need to do this a few times.
