Logic Pro 9 (9.1.8) Constant System Overload

I have recently upgraded Logic to the latest version. What can i say its literally UNFUNCTIONAL. I have 8GB RAM and running it in 64 Bit Mode i cannot get through a track without overloading system at least 5 times.

As far as writing track is concerned i have about 38 channel strips with Buses and Audio outputs in place to reduce the processor load. I also have an external Firewire drive which i am using to work on my project.

It is virtually impossible to work on Logic because of constant system overloads and crashes. I have crashes min 2 times a day. I have attached the crash log..

I am so annoyed with this that i have started to think i made the wrong choice choosing Logic to write music..

P.S. I have tried everything available in online forums from purging memory to reinstalling Logic and plugins and any other thing possible.

PLEASE HELP.

Crash Log can be provided but didnt find a way to upload it here in an easy way..

Great i am going to check with the 1.9.2 and if it has issues then upgrade ti 1.9.3 i realised i NEVER had any drivers for the sound card.. How weird or ignorant of me..

Will check the Components but i think i have already looked there and havent found it. Also i deleted alchemy but it still shows in the AU list as Not validated..

Have tried clearing the au cache under user too..
