Computer sees iPod, but DCIM folder is empty. Says there are no photos there but several on camera roll and in albums. How do I transfer to Windows 7 laptop? Photos taken for school project. Laptop is school property so no iTunes on it.

Thank you for your assistance. Saw another post w/similar wording and checked out responses (see above)....Peruvia had the answer to my problem, but I don't know yet how to give that person credit w/chek w/green background...
You can use Photo Transfer App to transfer photos from iPod to computer.

Would take too long since school server can't handle more than 5 mgs attachments plus I have hundreds at a time to transfer! Am a teacher. :-)
