when i bought my mac, i had an install disk with it, os x, isnt it ok?
Backup your drive as I asked, I will not assist you until you do.
i ve already done it
OK, erase your hard drive and restore the backup you have.
how to erase it now?
Are you sure that you have an up to date, restorable backup?
If you are sure boot from your OSX install disk, select Disk Utility and erase the drive, set the result to be 1 partition (Mac OS) and restore your backup.
Please note that this requires your backup to be viable or you will lose everything, do this at your own risk. If you are unsure that you can do this take it to an Apple Store.
the thing is the function "erase" is not available
How did you boot, from the DVD?
yeah, first time i bought, i booted from there
Select the disk (internal disk) and select erase. (using disk utility from the DVD)
i made! thank you! one more question! i made on the external drive a disk image of some files, not the system, but some files, and i cant open it now
it sais it dosnt turn out to open the image, you dont have connected file systems
I am no longer going to help you, you have (against my advice) started with a proper backup. Good luck and good bye
no, you didnt understand! i am ok! all works!!! thank you very much!!!!
