Hi I have an iPad 4 one month ago and the LCD is broken so there is no repairing for it in egypt. I am going to trade line they told me to make trade in I told how much u will pay they told me one thousand pound and we will take it or u will take another one with deduction of one thousand pound I need help this is a very bad deal for me. Second is it ur solution for my problem that I should through my new iPad because there is no spare parts in egypt or pay a lot of money to buy another one.
All I ask for an LCD to be available in egypt I am very disappointed from ur reply.
THis is a user to user support forum. YOu're not talking to apple. We have zero control over repair options in our country much less around the world. If you have issues with your options, use the 'contact us' like in the lower right corner of the page to communicate with Apple.
Apple does not respond/monitor to these forums. We are all just users like yourself. We can't get Apple to do anything.
