Is there a way to "DELETE" or "ARRANGE" ANY of the APPS on the HOMESCREEN that I choose?? I previously had Google phones & Account until I continuely got screwed over numerous times. I did like the customization OF THEIR HOMESCREEN

You should read the manual.
You can delete any app you choose ( with the exception of built-in apps), and you can put them in folder or move them anywhere you like.
