iphone4 locked by BouyGues Telecom

Hello,
I got an iphone4 locked by BouyGues Telecom,

i live in the netherlands, so i cant use it on the moment.

My French is very very bad so contacting Bouygues Telecom is very hard to me,

cant even find a @mail adress of them. i know in the netherlands the unlock is free after a year of use.
i heard that apple needs to add the imei to a (sort of) unlock list.

i'm desperate for some help to get the unlock of my iphone 4. the imei number is: 01******46,

i hope you can help me out, or can give me the information about how i get the unlock.
Contacting a French (speaking) Telecom company isn't easy for me from the dutch, If thats the only way
i hope you got some advice or tips for me.
