Hi but how do u turn off the password feature?? I'm so frustrated we haven't been able to use our Apple TV in months! Lost my controller as well, got the app but it just keeps asking for my

Password with no option to move anywhere else

Can't seem to find the turn-on/off feature on the appletv settings?

I don't understand this thread. Apple TV is saying my saved password is wrong but I can't find anything in settings re the main password to log in, only the air play password but that one is not required. I can't reset the password. Ecsuse I don't see where to do it.

Guys, I had the same problem as others who posted here. The problem here is that everyone is saying they couldn't find it in Settings and then they chime back in and say that the fixed it but THEY DONT DRSCRIBE HOW THEY FOUND IT

All you need to do is turn off the password feature from the Apple TV and then turn it back on again, at that point you will be asked to re-enter a new password.

You need to access the settings icon, it will be listed as one of the options on the next screen.

I can't find mine either, where did you find the AirPlay settings?

it say it is the passcode. it is the 4 digit one that you need to but things.
