Camera freezes during face time on ipad 2

While facetiming, my camera freezes after few seconds of working fine, the picture just freezes in place and nothing helped so far. Please help!

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

It's also happen with me when contact my mom. This is because her Internet is around 1MB. So check your and oyur friend's Internet plan are strong enough to support Facetime calls.

So far nothing helped, i have 2mb internet connection and my partner has 4, so it should be fine. Any more suggestions?

Yes, the speed is tested, no problems whatsoever on that account

We noticed this weird thing about it too, if my light too bright in the room, the camera freezes, if i turn the light off, it works fine. Any ideas?
