After buying Snow Leopard, make a backup of your data. If the upgrade fails, you will lose everything, so you should make a backup. After making the backup, just insert the Snow Leopard DVD and upgrade Mac OS X.

OS X 10.6.3 will be installed, so open  > Software Update to install OS X 10.6.8

at the re:Stores - can not buy the Disks...

But now we have the iPad mini, wish to have new iTunes, but it order to upgrade OS...
I have read all nessary steps and wish to buy-upgrade up to Mountain Lion -
but i can not do the firdt step - to buy legak Snow Leopard...

That's because you are trying to use a DVD that came with another Mac. If it's a grey disc, it's from a different Mac. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575
