well stupid itunes wont sync 11.0.2

I have tried every thing in the support listings to get the new version of itunes (11.0.2) to find my ipad2 and it wont, any help please????

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2

Did you enable your Menu and Sidebar

Ctrl+S to view Sidebar

Ctrl+B to view Menu Bar

Yes i did and still nothing and i have tried all the usb ports in my tower and nothing change. Running windows 7 64bit.

Checked all of those options and still can not click on the sync device option. So no idea what to do now except dl itunes 10.
