Application that i paid yesterday "Russian HD" it shows me 30 seconds tv and then desipear.

Application that i bought yesterday they dont have a contact email and support i just wanna know why i paid and i can watch tv i can hear the voice online tv but i cant watch tv online my connection is fast. On the screen it shows only quick time logo and voice. Please help me to contact to the person who created it and does not have a contact email and proper support online for this application. This is not fair!
