My Macbook Pro is barely working. It is still under warranty, but I am in Brazil at the moment, and have no way of reaching Apple Ireland. Is there a direct phone line that I can Skype? I do not have an Irish phone with me.

Your MBP has an international warranty. You should be able to get it serviced in Brazil.

You could use the Brazil phone line and thenn tell Apple that you are from Ireland. find Brazil on the table and call the number. Couldn't be easier. http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
