My iPhone 4s is still under an 1 year Apple limited warranty! But it battery became so low! Lasts only for 4 hours! Can I claim Apple to replace my phone's battery?

Basic troubleshooting from the Users Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the problem continues then take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
