Applecare?

I have had my macbook pro for less than a year now and it has had several problems with it. It will constantly overheat, tempuratures as high as 114 degrees C, It will not charge when playing games, the right fan is broken. When i call apple care all they tell me to do is to take it into the apple sore. After making an appointment and waiting almost four days for my scheduled time i get there for them to tell me that everything is in working order and that I am wrong. Are they just saying this so that they will not have to pay to get my macbook fixed. Not to mention that if they were to fix it I can almost guirentee that I will be paying even more out of pocket then the $300 that I have already spent on the apple care itself.

Yes for the charging for it will have a green light on the charger it's self but the computer says that it is plugged in but not charging. As far as the fan being broken, on istat pro it says that my left fan was moving at lets say 2000rpm while my right fan was at 0 rpm and their reasoning was that istat is third party software and that it was just messing up. They also used that same excuse for the high tempuratues of my macbook, even when it shut down in the store due to overheating.
