If the machine is dead because of it, or not working correctly, then perhaps a paid for keyboard replacement might fix it, but later on if the soda reached the logicboard it will do damage through corrosion.
If it's a very little bit, then just clean the surface of the keys with a damp (but not dripping wet) cloth and try to live with as long as you can.
If the machine is working, copy your files off to a external drive right away using the emergency quick copy method here

If the soda got underneath the keys where you can't clean it, your AppleCare/warranty is now invalid as user inflicted damage.
It's been our experience that it's simply not worth fixing after a liquid spill, if the machine works then use it until it dies, then sell it for parts.
