Keylogger Possibility?

I am afraid that I might have a keylogger, and I went to look at my activity monitor and everything is good except I have 2 different Safari Web Content processes running at the same time. Could this be a keylogger?

Ok, Thank you so much. Now, because I am not the most technically savvy person, I have a few questions about the process. I am taking college classes and have assignments on my mac that I need, would I need to just save them to a usb and load them back in after the hard drive had been erased? I also have microsoft word, powerpoint, and excel and after erasing the hard drive will all of those apps be erased? It seems as though it would be extremely hard to get those apps in particular back up. I bought the apps online(so i only got the download and not the disk).

I am not worried about any other apps but I am just afraid I won't be able to get those apps(word, powerpoint, etc) working again, or myself not having a clue what to do to retrieve it.

Now also I have never turned time machine on. When I went to buy my macbook pro at the store it was just one of those things that I thought I did not need so I did not look into it. Based on this fact does this mean I can't do the time machine back-up?

Once again thank you so much for all the help, I really appreciate it!

You should be able to just copy documents you need to a flash drive, yes, but make sure you get everything. Also be aware that any e-mail messages you have stored in Mail and not saved on the server, Calendar events not stored on a server, contacts not stored on a server, etc will be lost. Erasing your hard drive is not something to be done lightly.

For apps like Microsoft Office, you will need to reinstall them. When you purchased Office, you will have received a serial number. You should be able to simply re-download Office, install it and activate it using that serial number.

As for Time Machine, you can't restore from that if you never started using it. Backups are extremely important... any data you don't have backed up is data you will lose, it's only a matter of time.
