I cannot make an in-app purchase
I have $0.40 remaining iTunes credit and I also added a valid card on my Apple account but I can't make an in-app purchase in Paper iOS app. What should I do?
iPad 4th generation-OTHER, iOS 6.1.2
By the way, the Restrictions option in Settings is Off.
