While we're on the subject, I just really need to make it clear how much I hate TNT. Not only do they take forever to ship the MacBooks to Europe, but when they actually arrive and are "out for delivery" you can't even count on getting it that day. Mine's been out for delivery since 09:33 (>6,5hrs now) but since they stop working at 5pm (in 50 minutes) I will probably get it tomorrow. Or possibly sometime in September. Or when they f *ing feel like it.

F *ing w**kers...

TNT did this to me for a previous apple order. I'm in manchester....it arrived at the Birmingham hub from china.....TNT sent it to london!

Out of interest it was UPS that delivered my macbook the otherday.

Can anyone tell me which number i can use to track a replacement from China? All numbers i have been given don't exist according to TNT

TNT are indeed useless. Mine has apparently just arrived in Northampton though, so i imagine it will be 'out for delivery' tomorrow (unless they manage to screw up again!

Both Apple and TNT are to blame for all these screw ups, Apple could easily pay an extra few pounds, not even 1/100th of the price of the Macbook, and have a 2-day delivery service, or even put everything on top priority like Walters replacement.

At least my MacBook seems to have finally moved away from Amsterdam now:

31 maj 2006 17:08 Arnhem Hub Consignment Passed Through Transit Point
31 maj 2006 17:08 Arnhem Hub Consignment Received At Transit Point

This would normally indicate a delivery tomorrow. But after reading this thread, I won't be holding my breath for it..

Looks like our Macbooks will be on the same flight out of China MrImage.

Having looked at the experiences of everyone else, it would seem that if there are no delays the next information we should get after (30 May 2006 19:45 Suzhou Shipped From Originating Depot) will be that the items are in Europe. And again looking at everyone else, I'd hope that will be overnight sometime.

So I'm hoping mine will be in Europe tonight, in Manchester by tomorrow night and out for delivery on Monday... unless TNT deliver on a Saturday?
