TNT Delivery Status not aviable

I've made it to the Arnhem hub too. Just this afternoon TNT were telling me I wouldn't get it until after the bank holiday (30th at least). Is there any hope of them being wrong. The woman I spoke to seemed to think it could spend days with customs. Who has recent experience with Apple goods shipping via the Netherlands to London?
I want so badly to believe I'll get it this week.

I don't want to get your hopes up, but mine is in Arnhem too.

From past experience, I am thinking I will see mine Thursday.

Everyone here who is getting information about the delivery of their MacBooks can count themselves lucky.

I bought mine in person (from an authorized Apple dealer in Tokyo). It was damaged straight out of the box. AppleCare picked it up and told me they'd send me a replacement.

However, they haven't told me WHEN they'll send the replacement, and won't give me any tracking information (even though I requested it).

It's now been five days since I first bought the thing (and three since AppleCare took it back), and I still have no idea when I'll get what I paid for.

Lame, totally lame.

... so mine was reported to have arrived at the Hamburg TNT hub at 4:43 tonight, but it didn't make it on to the delivery van. On the phone, I was again told that this was due to customs had not cleared it for delivery. Since the TNT hub is just round the corner - so to speak - I was able to pick mine up from there and have it running at this very moment. Still transferring data from my previous machine, so its too early for a review ...

I've tried the TNT widget with the 80... number and all I get is not found. Days are going by and I'm unable to track my order, even though I received dispatch confirmation on the 19th May.

Bilbo, I expect you've done this but if not... make sure you're on the section for packages sent outside the UK, and that you've checked customer reference, not consignment number.
For people in the UK who are currently at Arnhem, TNT say the next stop is Northampton hub, where they expect my package today. Then the packages will be re-routed to the local depots (e.g. London for me). Still not promising I'll get it before the 30th though.

TNT wouldn't even tell me where it goes after Arnhem. I asked what happens to it in the next 7-8days, and they wouldn't say! It's only 540miles from Arnhem to where i live, they could walk it here in that time!

1: Get the order status page open on the apple site (Link Below)

2: Login and click 'Track this shipment' button in grey.

3: Copy the "Carrier Tracking Number" mine starts 294 ****.

4: Open up TNT http://www.tnt.com/country/en_gb.html

5: The box that says "Was your consignment sent from or to a location outside of the United Kingdom?" select "Yes"

6: Enter "consignment number" in the box and click the 'T' track button.

Try this. Works with me.
Once loaded make a bookmark and it will load with out the hassle.

Grrr! Mine's still in Amsterdam. I hope it doesn't have to go all the way up to Northampton just to go back down to Kent!
