my iphone got ran over by a car and doesnt work anymore what can i do to get this fixed?

If you purchased Applecare+ Apple will replace it for $49. If you didn't it will cost $199.

Make an appointment at the genius bar. An out of warranty replacement is $199 for an iPhone 4S. The caveat being that the phone has to be more or less intact... If you take them a "bag of parts", they won't offer a discounted replacement.
