I cant seam to make up ring tones does this phone not have availbility on this thanks

You can either create a ringtone using an app from the app store, or create it using iTunes, as shown here: Create free ringtones with iTunes 10. Note, if you're using iTunes 11, first go to View>Show Sidebar in order to follow along with this video.
