App Files Missing

I went into a website I added to my homescreen. When I exited back to my homescreen almost all my folders that had certain apps in them were missing. And if there were any (2 of them) they only had one app in them. The rest of the apps were just on different pages of my homescreen. I had them all organized. I've finished making new folders and orgainzing them, but why did this happen on my iPod? 😮

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 6.0.1

Because wqhen you added the website to the screen it caused other apps icons to have to move on the screen t accomidate the addition.

It was always there. I just tapped it to open it and when I exited it, that happened. I hadn't added it and then the folders were missing. The folders and the website were always on my homescreen. It typically worked it just happened to do this, this time for some reason. The website is Clueful if you need that information.
