I have a free app on the AppStore, we just submitted a new version and it got a green light (Ready for Sale), today I received an email stating the app is "Pending Contract" and I can't download the app anymore, I can't find anything that requires me to submit information to get my app back on the store. My developer program was extended last month until Mar 08, 2014. Is there anything I need to do?

same for me! I do not know what is going on.
I had five apps in the store and now everything is gone.
And I payed my bill so this in no fun.
I rang Apple and explained the situtation, the attendant asked my ID and she was able to sort it out straightaway. It looks like there isn't synchronization between the developer account, iTunes connect and the App Store, or somehow there was a bug and my app became unavailable even though I had a valid developer subscription. Try to ring them and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Thx for the Infos. I wrote a mail to the support and they fixed this two days later.
So everything is fine now. But strange ....
