I have struggled with this issue in our office for some time, and was finally able to get the file everyone is searching for off a co-worker's computer. I've uploaded it here. Please feel free download and use at your discretion. I know how frustrating it can be to have a printer and not be able to use it.

To use this file:

Download the file from this location: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=88165523979988485108

Place the file in this location: Macintosh HD/Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/

Delete your existing HP 1050c from your Printer Preferences, restart your computer, and re-add the printer using this new driver.

Let me know if this works for you.
