Default Slideshow Music

Hi all,

Is there a way to set the default slideshow music in iPhoto's Slideshows? I know I can make a Slideshow in the source pane and then midfy its settings, but when I open an Album, Last Roll, or Library and press Play, I get a song from my iTunes Library that doesn't fit well to photos. How do I change this setting.

Thanks in advance,

Old Toad,

I am referring to the simple slideshow, in other words just choosing an album and pressing play, rather than creating a more advanced slideshow that would show up in the source list.

Sorry if I confused you. For some reason, every time I play a simple slideshow, I get some music from my iTunes Library that really doesn't fit so well with the pictures. What I want to do is to change the default song to play with each simple slideshow.

Thanks in advance!

You might be able to change the default by going into iPhoto's application package and replacing the files in the Music folder with your own track. Command-click on iPhoto and choose Show Package Contents. Then navigate to the iPhoto/Contents/Resources/Music folder. Then remove all of the files and replace with the one you want. It will then be the one default track. Give it a try and see if it works.
