jumbled letters

hi

i have the new ipad, when im typing letters jumble up. repeat themselves or

add a word ive recently typed.

if id typed yes ok and was the typing house it would appear as houseyes or

househouse

please can anyone help me

Try this and see if it fixes your problem.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

If you restored the iPad, if that is what you are saying, I don't know that this will help but try it as you have nothing to lose at this point.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.

i went to the apple store and thats what they advised me to do?

but when i typed again it was still the same

You're saying that they advised you to reset all settings? Did they look at the iPad at all for you while you were there?

no i took it in with me and said save as new user then reinstall

You don't sound thick, I just want to make sure that I understand. Did you restore the iOS software like they suggested? Did you try resetting all settings?
