BLOCKED EMAIL AGAIN ON MY IPHONE BY MICROSOFT

For a week now i have been liasion with microsoft and apple to unblock my hotmail email on my iphone 5 - as of today they are still blocking my emails,despite going through their procedure to unblock.

I use my hotmail account both on my PC and at work on my iphone - they keep sending their stupid message to verify my account which i have done about 10 times now.

They really are frustruting people and causing disruption in my work.
