I have had email exchanges with Host(s) that have had gaps of 2-4 days before I received a reply to an email. I have also had a reply in minutes!


I do not know for sure, but the lack of any "reason" in your initial post may be holding up things... if the Hosts could judge your issue's sense of urgency, it may help speed things along.


The only 'published' way to contact the Hosts directly is found in the Terms of Use, § 1.13...

For future reference, there is a preferred system for getting posts removed or edited by our Hosts. Tell one of the >Level 3 users exactly what post & that user can report IT specifically - that way they get a message about that one - tied to it - and simply do what is asked - takes 30 seconds of their time. Same with moving questions mis-posted in the wrong forum.
