Hi I would just like to know if how well would macbook pro 13" i7 run 2k13?

Sorry what is 2K 13? Never heard of it but then I don't game much if at all.
In any event no Mac runs games that well even if you install Windows on it with Boot Camp the Mac notebook system don't cool all that well which will lead to throttling of the system and the games.

I don't agree with Shootist007. My Macbook Pro 15" inch retina games just fine in OS X and Bootcamp, but your 13" inch will have poor performance because it only has the Intel integrated graphics. If you plan on doing any gaming on a mac you need to at least get a 15 inch for the discrete graphics.
