MF Message Error Domain Error 1032 when trying to access my yahoo mail

where is this fetch versus push option? on the phone or on yahoo via desktop?

I have done all of these staps and still getting the same error message.

If you made a backup in iTunes, restore from backup.

I tried this method but when I went to re-enter the email again it said my username or password is not correct and i tried changing my password several times and it still says the same thing.
