Hacker erased my phone with find my phone app

Someone hacked my account and erased my devices. He has done it a second time but all my devices are offline. I'm afraid to put them back online and possibly have them erased again. Erase is a horrible feature and iCloud account security should be better, such as text confirmation or personal information questions.

Well, it depends if the hacker got access to your acoount by coming across your password and using it to get into your icloud account, or, if he was experienced with computers he may have gone into your account without knowing your password but getting into it with other hacking methods.

Do you remember having clicked on any links or have being asked to enter you apple ID password anywhere suspicious at all. If yes you may be a victim of phoshing, where you would have actually sent your password to the hacker as it was not actually apple asking you for your password.

Either way I suggets that you cont apple support, this link may help: http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/contact/

Hmmm, maybe the hacker has removed it. Well, if you have disabled find my iPhone on your iPhone, then he can no longer access it and control it, but remember tat if he still gets into your account he can acces your email, calendar, and other information you have set up with iCloud. Your iCloud information is also the same as your apple ID so he can download applications with your money, this is even worst if it is connected to your credit card information. I suggest that you temporarily turn all the features of iCloud off and contact apple support for more help.

Yes I agree, if you really want him to stop I suggest you figure it out with him and if that doesn't work consult a lawyer. But for the moment if you have changed your apple ID password to something he doesn't know it should be fine. What could cause more problems is he has a device that is connected to your apple ID's email, in which case he would be able to reset your apple ID's password. Make sure you change the security questions to something that he does not know as well.

Good luck
