Grab for IPad

You can do a screen capture by pressing the home button followed by pressing and releasing the sleep/wake or on/off button as if pressing a camera shutter button. You will hear a camera shutter sound with the screen capture placed in the iPad's Camera Roll.

This is the iPhone discussions area but the same applies to all iOS devices.

Did you search the App store? Do you think you might do better by posting in the iPad, not iPhone forum?

Download Skitch (Free), then take a Screen Shot (Press Home and Power buttons at the same time), now use Skitch to crop and annotate the parts of the screen you need to capture.
