Unable to verify exchange account informaiton on iPhone 5
Can someone share their knowledge? I upgraded my iPhone 4 to the 5 but can't sync my exchange server. I've been trying to add the work email account but keep getting "exchange account, unable to verify account information". I verified that everything is ok, email, password, server, user name, domain. I spoke to IT, they can't figure it out. I spoke to Apple support, they can't figure it out. I'm at a loss right now. Exchange still works perfectly on my iPhone 4 but I can't use it because the battery has lost it's charge life so I have to keep it plugged up to use it which is why I upgraded. This is frustrating......
