I have C Spire and cannot properly receive group messaging from people on other carriers even with group messaging enabled. Anyone have a solution to this?

Is MMS included in your plan & turned on?
It is included and is turned on. I have tried all variations of turning them on and off but still will not work. When I am included in a group text started by someone else, I only sporadically receive texts directly from the individuals themselves and cannot see the whole conversation. It may be a C Spire thing as I have friends with the same issue.
