Education Pricing

I just noticed that students and staff can get education pricing if they purchase through the Apple Store. However, I don't see any difference in the price of a normal customer and a student/staff in the Singapore Apple Store.

The Apple Store website is http://store.apple.com/sg and if I click the Education Store on the right side, it brings me to http://store.apple.com/sg_edu_4911

In both sites, the price are the same and there's no discount at all.

Or must I check out in order to see the price difference?
