Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Is it possible to get a fresh copy of the postfix config directory files?

I managed to mess up my /Library/Server/Mail/Config/postfix config files (master.cf and main.cf in particular). Please don't ask 😉 though the situation was verizon.net email config changes that I tried to enter manually.

Anyway, I can no longer receive or send via smtp. I get:

Mar 19 10:57:42 miniserver.tribalfilms.net postfix/pipe[21635]: 5EB7A75D20D: to=<ptt@miniserver.tribalfilms.net>, relay=dovecot, delay=1018, delays=1018/0.02/0/0.02, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure. Command output: pipe: fatal: pipe_command: execvp /usr/libexec/dovecot/dovecot-lda: No such file or directory )

Anyway, at this point I'd like to see if it is possible to just start with a fresh postfix config directory and then just use the server.app to reconfigure since I really have nothing out of the ordinary.

I will check back in as my dead postfix server is what is hosting my apple id associated email so I wont hear from anyone.

Thanks in advance.
