Oops, it looks like you might have been conned. the ipad model which appears under the model number: MD512CH seems like a "China iPad" - i.e. a fake and not an actual iPad 4 made by Apple.
Did you buy the iPad off an online store in China?
apple can not tell me if this is a real ipad4 A6X? it is a forum Apple?
Think you might have missed typed your model number checked your serial number it is a 4th gen iPad you can check here https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do for your warranty status also to pull up support documents. You have a real iPad.
