Somehow my QuickTime player is no longer. I tried to download it again and it keeps telling me that the feature you are trying to install is on a network resourse that is unavailable. What does that mean to a novice like myself?

For some reason my Quick Time player no longer works or even show up in my programs list. I tried downloading it again and the message I get is "The feature you are trying to install is on a network resourse that is unavailable." It somehow is gone and I don't understand why. I am a novice so any help should be simple for me to understand. Thank you.

Windows 7, It worked fine untill yesterday!
