How to get access of developer forum

Hi Guys,

I have created an apple ID successfully. I want to access apple developer forum also. Can anybody assist me with this I am not finding any link to register for the same?

FYI, Our favorite platform's computer is spelled Mac.

Just so you don't look like a real newbie when you join either of those programs.
